The booking will be confirmed upon payment of a €200 deposit or the full balance directly through our website.
Applicable fees will be added automatically at the time of payment.
Until the deposit or full payment is received, the reservation is not guaranteed, even during the negotiation phase.
100% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour
50% refund for cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour
100% refund if the captain cancels the tour due to unsafe conditions
No refunds will be issued in any other circumstances.
Please note: The tour will still take place in case of rain, as our boats are equipped with a covered and heated cabin.
